Lavanda Woodall, author of the award winning CADE COUNTY stories, lives on a horse farm in Culpeper, Virginia. She is a Navy Veteran and mother of four. Told in the first-person, Lavanda writes all her stories in long-hand on yellow legal pads. As she says, "I can drive a tractor and fly a plane, but these damn computers intimidate me."
